Many churches struggle to equip themselves for the growing need of contemporary worship. While there are some wonderful large-scale seminars that do an excellent job of educating and inspiring the church, Mike and Kristin believe there is still a need in the area of application. What is different about "The Art of Worship Seminars" is that the bauers come to you, working with your musicians, in your sanctuary on your equipment and rehearsing your music.

Why the bauers?

Since 1990, Mike and Kristin have been busy working as music ministers, touring and recording with Christian and country artists and teaching guitar for Integrity's Seminars4worship.

Through their experience and travels they have become aware of the need many worship teams have for hands-on training. "I have been working with Seminars4worship since 2000, and found many church musicians have the technical ability to play the music but often lack certain key musical concepts that would help them individually and as a team to grow by leaps and bounds," says Mike. "What we do is complement the larger seminars by helping worship teams apply what they've learned through coaching."
